We do NOT share or sell your information to outside sources. 

Shipping

Currently we are only shipping domestic. All orders ship within 48 hours with the exception of custom and special order items. Custom and special order items will have shipping arrangements made when an order is placed. We do not ship on Holidays.

Returns and Refunds

Orders received need to be checked immediately, if there is a damaged item you will need to contact us within 2 days from receiving the package to obtain a return item #. Items without a return item # will NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Apparel, Tack or Gear that looks to have been worn or used will not receive a refund. We strive to make our customers happy, please contact us immediately so we can resolve any issues in a timely fashion.

Refunds will be credited back in the same form payment was made. Refunds will not be issued until the item being returned has been received.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Shopify Payment and Paypal. See payment page for any other source of payment options.
